How to read this table

isVotedInLast3Months shows whether the member cast at least one vote in the three months preceding the most recent vote close date. A value of false does not automatically trigger removal.
Inactivity removal rule (AsyncAPI charter):
A TSC member is automatically moved to emeritus only when they have missed at least 2 consecutive votes whose close dates are 3 or more calendar months apart. This means a member can show isVotedInLast3Months: false and still remain active — for example, if their recent missed votes all happened within a short window (less than 3 months between the first and last missed vote).
